Proof of Donation
A tax receipt from Wasatch Adaptive Sports for your contribution will be emailed or mailed to you within two weeks.

Refund Policy
If you would like to make changes on how the contribution will be used or would like to change the donor name please contact us as soon as possible. If you change your mind about contributing to Wasatch Adaptive Sports for any reason, our foundation is happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of contribution) within 15 days of the date on which you made the contribution. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution or by foundation check if the item was paid for with a check, money order, or cash.

Privacy Policy
Wasatch Adaptive Sports respects and protects the privacy of our online visitors and donors. We will not share your name, e-mail address or any identifiable information with third parties. We appreciate our supporters and strive to keep you updated on all we are doing to maximize the value of your contributions.
